Manual for article preparation

Articles should be prepared in word-processor Word MS Office according to the instructions enclosed, whitch can be downloaded from our site, and must be sent (1 hard copy + floppy disc or by e-mail) at the address of the Organization Committee by 28 February 2004.
Articles that do not meet formal criteria will not pass the preliminary qualification.
