The Second Faculty of Metallurgy and Materials Science Dean's Cup
in Skiing

      On 23 January 2001, the Second Skiing Competition to win the Dean's Cup took place. It was co-organised by the Faculty of Metallurgy and Materials Science, the "Caloria", the "Metalsoft" and the Students' Scientific Society. The competition events were as follows:

• Women's special slalom
• Men's special slalom
• OPEN competition

The participants were really good competitors.
An additional attraction was our visit to Czerwony Klasztor, Slovakia, and the Niedzica Castle. The weather was marvellous, the views wonderful, the atmosphere super, and the participants fantastic.
